Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

At Adults Sttuf, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on toys products to provide customers with a convenient and secure shopping experience.

By placing an order using Partial COD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. How Partial COD Works

• Pay 30% of the total order value in advance to confirm your order.
• Pay the remaining 70% in cash at the time of delivery.
• Orders are processed only after the advance payment has been verified.

2. Accepted Advance Payment Methods

You can pay the advance amount using:

• UPI
• Google Pay (GPay)
• PhonePe
• Paytm
• IMPS
• Bank Transfer (if available)

3. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed after:

• Successful receipt of the 30% advance payment.
• Payment verification.
• Order verification, if required.

4. Non-Refundable Advance Payment

The 30% advance payment is non-refundable.

The advance payment will not be refunded if:

• You cancel your order after payment.
• You refuse to accept the parcel.
• Delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
• The courier returns the parcel due to non-delivery.
• You are unavailable during delivery attempts.
• Incorrect contact details prevent successful delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate shipping details.
• Keep their mobile number active.
• Be available to receive the parcel.
• Pay the remaining 70% upon delivery.

6. Fraud Prevention

Partial COD is offered to reduce fake orders and improve delivery efficiency.

Adults Sttuf reserves the right to refuse Partial COD for customers with repeated order refusals or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Policy Updates

Adults Sttuf may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
