Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adults Sttuf, customer hygiene and privacy are our highest priorities.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Adult toys
• Lingerie
• Intimate wellness products
• Personal care products

unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• A wrong product

please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Provide:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the package
• Photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund (where applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

However, for Partial COD orders, the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If you refuse delivery or fail to receive the shipment, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Refused deliveries
• Unclaimed shipments
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Products returned due to failed delivery attempts
