Refund & Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, privacy, and safety reasons, all adult products, lingerie, intimate items, and personal-use products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved only if:

Wrong product delivered

Product arrives damaged

Product has a manufacturing defect

Package received with missing items

Refund Process
Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or store credit.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Important Note
Product size, color expectation differences, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds.
