1. Why we don't accept Cash On Delivery?

We don't accept COD Order's because 90% of cash on delivery orders are fake and the product is returned. People order just for fun, we are not here to bear the loss for such fake orders. Those who are not intrested in prepaid orders, please do not interact.

 

2. Payment Mode

We accept only prepaid order through Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm, Cash deposit, IMPS/NEFT.

3. Product Packaging

We understand that privacy is very important to you and we go to great lengths to keep your personal business private. To protect your privacy, all products are shipped discreetly, which means that there is no sign that the package contains any adult-related items.

4. Shipping Timeframe

All Adult Toys on our website are shipped with local couriers only (Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, etc.). The delivery time is between 3 – 5 days. Please understand this is an estimate. The exact delivery time is beyond our control and is dependent on the courier company.

5. Tracking Numbers

Tracking codes are provided right after we handed the package over to the courier company where it will be shipped off to your address. This usually takes 1-2 business days after you have placed your order.

6. Customs

All of our products are located in India. So there is no need to worry about customs.
